How do I rent a golf cart?
Renting is easy! Simply contact us to check availability, choose your rental dates, and we'll handle the rest. Once booked, we'll deliver the cart directly to your location — no hauling required.
How old do I need to be to rent?
Renters must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. A government-issued photo ID and credit card are required at the time of rental.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Your personal automobile insurance policy serves as the primary coverage for any incidents during your rental. You'll need to provide proof of insurance, and we reserve the right to accept or deny policies at our discretion.
How does delivery and pickup work?
We deliver and pick up the cart at the address you provide. You or an authorized representative must be present at both delivery and pickup for inspection. Please ensure your location is safe and accessible for our team and you have permission to have golf cart on property.
What are your rates?
Our daily rentals start at $95/day (not including credit card processing fees), with weekly rentals (5 days) available for $400. Add-ons range from $10–$100. All confirmed bookings require a $250 refundable deposit. Full rate details are available on our Rates page.
How do I charge the cart?
You will need access to a standard household 110v outlet to charge the cart. If you do not have access to standard electricity, you will need an inverter generator that uses 2,000+ watts.
How long does a charge last?
You can typically get about 15 to 20 miles on a charge. This also depends on how fast you are going and how many people are on the cart. We recommend charging when not in use. These are lithium batteries which charge much faster than a typical led acid batteries. A few things to consider relative to the impact on the charge.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your rental start time receive a full refund minus a $35 processing fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. If we ever need to cancel due to weather or equipment issues, you'll receive a full refund.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit is required at the time of rental. It will be refunded within 7 business days, provided the cart is returned undamaged and on time.
Who is allowed to drive the cart?
Only individuals listed on the rental agreement are authorized to operate the golf cart. The cart cannot be sublet or loaned to anyone else.
Can my kids drive the cart?
Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to operate the golf cart. Operators between the ages of 16 and 17 are permitted but must have a signed Minor Operator Parental Consent and Waiver on file with us prior to operating the cart. All passengers must remain seated while the cart is in motion.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome with prior written approval! Please note that a pet damage fee may apply if any damage occurs during your rental. We love animals — just ask Roxy! 🐾
What happens if I need to extend my rental?
Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup and are subject to availability. Unauthorized extensions are charged at 1.5x the daily rate plus a $100 retention fee per day.
What condition should I return the cart in?
The cart should be returned clean, free of trash and debris, and with the battery at least 50% charged. A $75 cleaning fee may apply for excessive messes, and a $25 recharge fee may apply if the battery is fully depleted. You must have access to the appropriate electrical outlet/power for charging.
What if the cart is damaged during my rental?
Renters are responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period. All damage is assessed according to our Damage Fee Schedule, which is available here. In the event of an accident, please notify us immediately, document the incident, and file a police report if damages exceed $1,000.
